1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dcc6 ("dcc6", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dcc6 website at dcc6.vip and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging in to dcc6, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using dcc6 and close your account.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility
Access to and use of dcc6 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. dcc6 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. If you cannot satisfy age verification requirements, your account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of dcc6 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. dcc6 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be self-excluded from dcc6 or any other gambling platform under a responsible gaming arrangement.
dcc6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including source-of-funds verification for large deposits or withdrawals.
3. Account Registration
To access the full features of dcc6, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register an account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active dcc6 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. dcc6 will suspend all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances associated with them.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dcc6 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. dcc6 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dcc6 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
- Account Transfers: dcc6 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dcc6 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and applicable limits.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the dcc6 Cashier at the time of transaction.
- Own Accounts Only: You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
- Withdrawal Verification: dcc6 reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawals. This may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
- Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. dcc6 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the Cashier section, but does not guarantee specific processing times, particularly during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
- No Refunds on Settled Bets: Funds used to place bets that have been settled cannot be refunded, regardless of outcome. In the event of a manifest error by dcc6 in the display of odds or game results, dcc6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
5. Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all sports and events available on dcc6. Specific rules applicable to individual sports (cricket, football, esports, UFC, PSL markets, and others) are published separately within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
- All bets are final once confirmed. dcc6 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets after confirmation, except in cases of manifest error.
- dcc6 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet, market, or event at any time and without prior notice, including for individual accounts.
- Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are subject to live betting rules and may be voided if accepted in error after an event-determining incident has occurred.
- In the event of the cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of an event, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
- dcc6 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, integrity breaches, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the Platform.
6. Casino & Games
dcc6 Casino offers live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and others. The following rules apply:
- All RNG games on dcc6 operate using certified random number generation systems. Results are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player.
- RTPs (Return to Player percentages) for slot games and RNG table games are published within each game's information panel. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.
- Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are final once declared by the dealer. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game round.
- dcc6 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any incomplete game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
dcc6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all dcc6 promotions:
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where they relate to a specific promotion.
- Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- dcc6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to remove bonus funds from any account where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of bonus terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on a dcc6 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Responsible Gaming
dcc6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their activity. The Platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
- Players who wish to restrict their dcc6 account may do so via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.
- dcc6 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. Where we have reason to believe a minor has accessed the Platform, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dcc6 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit dcc6 promotions or pricing errors at scale.
- Colluding with other Players or dcc6 employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
- Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to obtain multiple instances of a bonus.
- Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
dcc6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all balances associated with such accounts, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the dcc6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and game content, is the property of dcc6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dcc6 content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dcc6 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. dcc6's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
dcc6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. dcc6 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
12. Privacy
dcc6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using dcc6 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how dcc6 handles your information.
13. Amendments
dcc6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of dcc6 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dcc6 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
